At Veil of Luxe, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00pm AEDT will be dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods, sales, or promotions.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier services.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handed over to the courier for delivery.
Veil of Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, customs, or events outside our control.
We are also not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Any delivery issues must be followed up directly with the courier provider.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Veil of Luxe is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.
