At Veil of Luxe, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on hijabs and caps for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn and unused

Items must be in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Safety pin holes or marks

Snags or pulls in the fabric
How to Arrange a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Store Credit
Once your return is approved and received, you will be issued store credit via email. This can be used on a future purchase at Veil of Luxe.
Colour Variance
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to lighting and photography. Colour variations between product images and the actual item are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
Final Sale Items
Please note that any sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
